Apply now for the Customer Services (CS) Sales & Marketing Executive position and you will be responsible for executing sales and marketing plans to support service revenue and market growth. 

You will sell and maintain service products/ portfolio in the Vietnam; and support the product sales force in doing so. Be responsible for launching special campaigns within the CS environment according to local and global requirements. 

This role requires a combination of sales and business acumen, marketing expertise preferably in the field of medical technology space.

Your Role:
  • You will be responsible for maintaining highest customer satisfaction incl. profitability within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services. 
  • You will be responsible to ensure efficient execution of all CS Business Management Processes to drive CS Revenue and market growth:
    • Performance tracking by existing tools/dashboard
    • Market analysis and competitive transparency
    • Service portfolio, offerings, and pricing
    • Customer base analysis and business potential identification
  • You will be responsible for ensuring extensive sales support to the local sales organization / modality manager. Ensure technical collaboration and knowledge transfer during sales offers and projects.
  • You will be responsible for consolidating and converting all required information for CS campaigns
  • You will be responsible for developing market and customer-oriented service marketing strategies, offerings, communication methods
  • You will be responsible for developing new services strategy and mkt activities for promoting CS business. Launch special campaigns within the service environment.
Qualifications and skills:
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and departmental management preferably in imaging diagnostics.
  • You hold a successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biosciences, or equivalent; background from Bio medical, Business, marketing and others.
  • Strong communication skills and a business-oriented mindset.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with expertise in people management.
  • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English, written and spoken.
