Apply now for the Senior Marketing Communications Executive position and play a key role in the Malaysia team. You will elevate our brand presence in Malaysia. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling and digital marketing expertise with excellent design sensibilities and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed, and highly regulated healthcare environment.

In this role, you will shape both internal and external communications, develop engaging content, execute integrated campaigns, and support business impact through high-quality, compliant, audience-centric communication. The ability to track, analyze, and derive actionable insights from campaigns is essential, as is applying and advising on branding guidelines consistently across all materials and platforms.

Your Role:
Marketing & Brand Communications
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies to strengthen brand presence.
  • Create high-impact digital content for websites, social media, Eloqua landing pages, newsletters, EDMs, brochures, and press materials.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Siemens Healthineers Corporate Brand Guidelines across all content and collateral.
Event & Tradeshow Management
  • Plan and manage key marketing events, exhibitions, conferences, and third-party tradeshows.
  • Coordinate with internal business units, clinical experts, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support pre-event and post-event communications, lead capture workflows, and reporting.
Digital & Campaign Management
  • Plan, design, and execute Eloqua campaigns including segmentation, automation workflows, analytics tracking, and optimization.
  • Use analytics tools (Eloqua reporting, social insights, web analytics, etc.) to assess campaign performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Implement SEO-friendly content and social media best practices to increase reach and engagement.
Content Creation & Design
  • Produce visually compelling communication materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Ensure all designs are creative and audience-appropriate, and consistent with branding requirements.
  • Translate complex medical or technical concepts into clear, accessible messages for diverse audiences
  • Support video ideation and editing (advantageous).
Public Relations & Media
  • Support PR initiatives including press releases, media outreach, spokesperson preparation, and media monitoring.
  • Maintain relationships with key journalists, trade media, and healthcare industry stakeholders.
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
  • Develop internal newsletters, staff articles, and leadership messages.
  • Support internal engagement initiatives, townhalls, culture-building activities, and employee campaigns.
  • Align communication efforts with global themes and local business strategies.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify communication opportunities and industry trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen marketing strategy and positioning.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure all communications comply with:
    • Malaysian Medical Device Authority (MDA) guidelines.
    • Siemens Healthineers branding, legal, and regulatory standards.
    • Healthcare industry codes of conduct.
  • Manage documentation and internal approval workflows accurately.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Business Areas, HR, Digital Engagement, and regional/ global communications teams to deliver integrated communications.
  • Demonstrate humility, adaptability, and strong team player behavior when working across functions.

Your Expertise:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, PR, or digital marketing.
  • Healthcare or technology industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiarity with Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential; video editing is advantageous.
  • Strong writing, editing, visual storytelling, and branding interpretation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and present clear, actionable insights.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% domestically.
