Apply now for the position of Marketing Operations Intern (Customer Service) and you will be responsible to support the team across marketing, operations, and partner communication activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in customer-facing processes, content creation, and day-to-day operational workflows.


Your role: 

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, email templates, and social media assets. 
  • Support the distribution of marketing content across relevant channels and to external business partners. 
  • Help collect and organise customer feedback for marketing insights. 
  • Maintain an updated library of marketing and support materials. 
  • Draft, review, and send communication materials to external business partners under guidance (e.g., product updates, announcements, follow-ups). 
  • Support the customer service team in handling basic client requests, gathering information, and ensuring timely responses. 
  • Coordinate meeting schedules with partners and internal teams. 
  • Assist in the drafting and updating of operational procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process documentation. 
  • Help monitor workflow processes and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Support onboarding materials for new partners or internal team members. 
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with internal team members to gather updates, track progress, and identify bottlenecks. 
  • Prepare weekly summary reports and share key highlights with supervisors.  
  • Maintain organised records of documents, communication logs, and project trackers. 
  • Support cross-department tasks as needed (e.g., event preparation, data entry, follow-ups). 

Your expertise: 

  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer service practices.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.) are a plus.
