Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You help us organize strategic planning workshops
  • You support us with analyzing dedicated markets and/or technology fields including summarizing market reports
  • Together with us you will help us to prepare presentations and decision proposals for management as well as small and large-scale virtual and in-person workshops and support their execution
  • You support us in managing workstreams of projects, keeping track of and motivating completion of tasks in a matrix organization
  • You help us complete administrative tasks

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are studying in the fields of economics, engineering, natural science or business management and at least for one year (ideally longer) available
  • Ideally you are at least in the 4th semester (Bachelor) or 1st semester (Master)
  • You have experience planning workshops or events
  • You have a basic knowledge and an interest in the healthcare system and MRI imaging


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have very good English skills, German is a plus
  • You are well organized with a proactive approach to deadlines
  • You have a pragmatic getting-things-done attitude
  • You are the right person for this position if you describe yourself as a solution-oriented thinker with a self-reliant, structured way of working
