Apply now for the position of Business Performance Controller DX and you will be reporting & controlling of budget and forecast process (template preparations, consolidation of feedback, analysis and alignment with respective stakeholders).

Your Role:

  • Reporting & controlling of budget and forecast process (template preparations, consolidation of feedback, analysis and alignment with respective stakeholders).
  • Update of budget and forecast for top line, P&L, balance sheet and free cash flow via official reporting tools (HOP + PATH) through a regular dialogue with finance and business stakeholders.
  • Regular variance analysis for FC deviations.
  • Forecast of depreciation based on installed base / CAPEX planning.
  • Regular alignment with BPC head and MEA Hub on FC and budget updates for all KPIs
  • All BPC tasks including but not limited to monthly FC loads, flash reporting, BC /WC reporting, OPW, SG&A and OCOGS analysis and FC, MTA / MBR coordination and support for slides and bridges, coordinating with other stake holders for variance analysis of all finance KPIs
  • Active coordination with country head of finance & Business Controlling for top line, GP, profit, OWC and Cash flow KPI variances and FC.
  • Monthly reconciliation between the different reporting tools (SAP / COPA / Power BI / HOP / FAST)

FCF & Balance Sheet

  • Lead all FCF and Balance sheet topics across the zone including aligning with stakeholders to retrieve the required transparency and challenge ensuring accurate information based on clear assumptions.
  • Set up regularized meetings with the respective stakeholders to ensure there is consistent & timely stream of information.
  • Create clear templates with transparent view of FCF movements including changes in profit, OWC, Seeding, depreciation etc.
  • Update commentaries for HQ and local management meetings (Zone HQ calls, ICFR Meetings, etc) and provide high quality insights to management.
  • Ensure high quality in FC updates and reported FCF is based on the correct movements across all KPIs
  • Propose initiatives to improve FCF and bridge against targets.

Others

  • On demand ad hoc analysis
  • Supporting leadership in presentations and special projects
  • Lead Digitalization projects
  • In country & functional reporting to Head of MEA BPC.

Your Expertise:

  • At least 7 years proven experience in financial controlling, contract management, or project management for large and complex deals.
  • Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, technical business managers, and project controlling teams during contract negotiations and execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and experience in driving digitization and automation of financial processes.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a focus on managing financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English
  • Candidate to be Based in Dubai, UAE
