Your role:
- Monitoring public tenders for Customer Services contracts, services, and spare parts
 - Provide relevant information to Customer Services Sales, Legal and Commercial team.
 - Creating and uploading tender documentation
 - Monitoring changes in tenders. Monitoring deadlines.
 - Monitoring tenders’ contracts award
 - Maintains tender files and archive after tenders’ completion.
 - Follow up the frame contracts and additional contracts execution. Keeps contact with the customers. Sending required service execution reports to customers
 - Creation of payment requests (public tenders and execution guarantees) and monitoring the refund.
 - Uploading spare parts and services to SEAP catalogue
 - Receive and check incoming contracts from customers. Archiving. Returning signed contracts to customers
 - Support for creating spare parts and contracts offering.
 - Examining tenders’ specifications. Formulate and upload tender clarification
 - Permanent collaboration with the Customers Services Sales, Legal and Commercial team
 
Your expertise:
- Higher education completed or in the process of completion.
 - Public procurement knowledge - Intermediate
 - Organizational capacity.
 - English knowledge - Intermediate
 - Microsoft Office - Intermediate.
 - Good communication skills.
