Then come and join our global team as Global Human Resources Business Partner (Global HR BP) (f/m/d) for units within Diagnostic Imaging and Functions, to proactively advise the management teams on all strategic and conceptual HR issues and to take responsibility for overarching strategic projects within the HR BP team.


Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


This position can be either located in Erlangen or Forchheim.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders, shaping business and people strategies that enable growth, transformation, and long-term success.
  • You use workforce insights and people analytics to anticipate future talent needs and drive evidence-based decisions.
  • You shape organizations for the future, leading change, organizational design, and transformation initiatives in a dynamic global environment.
  • You build the capabilities, leadership, and culture needed to achieve business ambitions and strengthen organizational performance.
  • You identify, develop, and accelerate top talent, ensuring robust succession pipelines for critical roles.
  • You coach leaders through growth and change, helping them build engaged, high-performing teams.
  • You drive the execution of global HR priorities, translating strategy into impactful actions and measurable outcomes.
  • You connect people, ideas, and expertise across regions and functions, fostering collaboration and an outstanding employee experience.

    Your qualifications and experience:

    • You have successfully completed your university studies in the fields of Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or Law.
    • You have many years of relevant professional experience in strategic and strategic HR tasks, including managing international projects.
    • You have several years of experience as a Global HR BP and in People & Leadership Development and possess extensive expertise and experience in other HR disciplines such as Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting, and Labor Law.
    • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in a consulting firm.
    • In close collaboration with international management teams, you have developed and successfully implemented global HR initiatives.
    • You have extensive international experience in a matrix-driven environment and impress with your proven ability to develop and successfully implement strategies and concepts.

        • You communicate with impact in a global environment, leveraging excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and influencing skills in both German and English.
