Siemens Healthineers Customer Services is looking for a Senior Customer Validation & Insights Specialist (m/f/d) to deliver high quality customer and user validation supporting digital solutions, service offerings, and business development initiatives on a global scale.

This role focuses on hands on execution of qualitative and quantitative validation activities and partners closely with Digital, Business Development and Service teams to translate customer feedback into actionable, decision ready insights.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You design and execute qualitative and quantitative customer validation studies (e.g., interviews, usability tests, surveys, concept, and market tests).
  • You translate business questions into appropriate validation approaches and robust study designs.
  • You analyze and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • You prepare decision ready reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • You act as a trusted partner for Strategy, Business Development and Service teams.
  • You collaborate with regional and country stakeholders as part of globally coordinated validation initiatives.
  • You ensure proper documentation and storage of insights in the central repository according to defined standards.
  • You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of validation methods, templates, and best practices.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a university degree in business, social sciences, psychology, marketing, or a related field.
  • You bring several years of senior professional experience in customer research, user research, market research, or comparable roles.
  • You demonstrate strong qualitative research expertise combined with solid quantitative foundations.
  • You have experience working in international or global setups, ideally within a matrix organization.
  • You have gained hands-on experience collaborating with regions and countries in globally aligned initiatives.
  • You are experienced in working with digital research and feedback tools.

  • You are fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
