We're looking for a stakeholder-focused professional to support our Managed Equipment Services (MES) team based at Fiona Stanley Hospital. In this role, you'll work closely with clinicians, hospital stakeholders and vendors to ensure medical equipment services meet the needs of healthcare teams and support the delivery of exceptional patient care. This will be a 12 month contract role.  

 

Your role 

  • Build strong relationships with clinical teams, hospital stakeholders and suppliers. 
  • Act as the key contact and escalation point for medical equipment enquiries and issues. 
  • Partner with clinicians to identify equipment requirements and support procurement activities. 
  • Coordinate training for clinical users and MES team members, maintaining accurate records and reporting. 
  • Prepare and deliver reports in line with contractual requirements. 
  • Support compliance with safety, site and operational procedures. 

 

Your expertise 

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, project coordination, administration,  or service delivery. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Understanding of hospital or healthcare environments. 
  • Well-developed organisational and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
