Then come and join our global team as Manager (f/m/d) Strategy Projects, Advanced Therapies to take a key role in advancing the strategic priorities of Advanced Therapies, partnering with senior leaders across the organization to create lasting business impact.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- As part of the Strategy Projects team, you initiate, coordinate and lead strategic projects that support the long-term value creation of Advanced Therapies (AT).
- You define and oversee the governance framework for competitive intelligence activities within AT and provide transparency on market developments and competitive dynamics.
- You analyze market and industry trends and translate them into strategic implications in close collaboration with clinical segments, business functions, and other Siemens Healthineers business units and regions.
- You support the consolidation of clinical segment strategies into an overarching AT strategy and support shaping strategic priorities for the business area, including the annual strategy review and capital market communications.
- You develop high-quality executive-level presentations for Top Management, the Managing Board, and the Supervisory Board.
- You drive project excellence initiatives and continuously improve strategic project execution by leveraging new tools and technologies, including the development of new Gen-AI use cases for strategy work.
- You act as a trusted advisor to the AT management team and play a key role in strategic decision-making processes.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a university degree in business, healthcare/medicine, or IT/technology with strong academic performance. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) or equivalent additional qualifications are advantageous.
- You bring many years of professional experience in competitive intelligence, market analysis, and strategic project management, gained in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic business development, or comparable environments.
- You have a proven track record of successfully working in international matrix organizations, including functional leadership responsibilities.
- A strong understanding of the MedTech industry, as well as knowledge of clinical workflows and AT focus areas (Interventional Cardiology, Stroke and Interventional Radiology, Image-guided Surgery & Robotics), is an advantage.

- You have business‑fluent German and English skills, enabling you to succeed in our international environment.
- You bring excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You are open to occasional travel as required.
- You are a collaborative team player who can inspire, influence, and align diverse stakeholders.
