Then come and join our global team as Product Manager (f/m/d) Neurovascular and collaborate with leading healthcare professionals worldwide to define innovative software applications. In the field of interventional neuroradiology, we are the innovation and global market leader in a rapidly growing market. This enables us to make a significant contribution to the success of the Advanced Therapies business. This role offers both responsibility and challenge, as maintaining market leadership requires continuous innovation and excellence in a dynamic and highly innovative environment.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the product strategy of neurovascular application software. You translate customer and market needs into clear development requirements to deliver the best possible solution for running a neuroradiology catheter laboratory from a clinical, operational, and business perspective.
  • You continuously analyze market developments and technology trends in the field of neurovascular interventions and drive both incremental and disruptive innovation to strengthen our technology leadership.
  • In close collaboration with clinicians, you identify, discuss, and evaluate requirements for application software used with angiography systems.
  • You review and prioritize product requirements, translate them into clear specifications, and guide their implementation through to market release.
  • You verify defined customer functionalities on test systems and ensure they deliver the intended value.
  • You develop business cases and product strategies that align customer and market requirements with Siemens Healthineers' business objectives.
  • You collaborate closely with a broad range of functions across Advanced Therapies, including R&D, Portfolio Management, Innovation, Sales, Finance, Service, and Application Specialists. This also includes presenting recommendations, business cases, and results to management.
  • As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you contribute to improving global healthcare by advancing innovative solutions for the treatment and prevention of neurological conditions, such as stroke.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a university degree in Engineering, Medicine, Medical Technology, or a related field.
  • You bring many years of professional experience in medical imaging, with a focus on angiography and interventional procedures, ideally including software applications for neurovascular interventions.
  • You have several years of experience in product management, preferably in software applications for medical imaging systems.
  • You have a strong understanding of clinical workflows and challenges in interventional (neuro)radiology and are familiar with the perspectives and needs of healthcare professionals.
  • You have experience in digitalization and view the continuous improvement of processes and efficiency as a key success factor.
  • You see Artificial Intelligence as a valuable tool for solving complex challenges and are able to evaluate, discuss, and help shape AI-enabled solutions in a meaningful way.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You are fluent in English and able to communicate confidently in an international environment, working closely with customers and development teams worldwide. German language skills are an advantage.
  • You think and act with an entrepreneurial mindset, take ownership of your topics, and focus on delivering the right solutions at the right time.
  • Strong analytical skills, a pragmatic approach to execution, a proactive working style, and negotiation skills are among your key strengths.
  • You enjoy working in international and intercultural teams and are willing to travel internationally (approximately 20%).
  • You value close collaboration with customers and are motivated to further develop market-leading solutions in interventional neuroradiology while exploring new opportunities.
  • Your fact-based approach enables you to communicate effectively and confidently with both customers and management. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills support your success in this role.
  • You drive topics forward with diplomacy, persistence, and a strong sense of accountability.
  • You contribute to the success of Siemens Healthineers with energy, commitment, and passion.
