Then come and join our global team as Senior AI Developer (f/m/d) to contribute to the success of Siemens Healthineers Procurement Digital Innovation and Development Center.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop innovative digital and AI solutions for the procurement organization, with a strong focus on designing and implementing AI assistants and intelligent automation tools to drive efficiency and business impact.
- As a full-stack AI developer, handling the full lifecycle from data engineering and modeling to mathematical algorithm development, programming, and user interface design.
- Analyze, clean, transform and interpret complex procurement datasets, identify optimization opportunities, and translate findings into scalable, data-driven solutions supporting strategic decision-making.
- Build smart user interfaces, using most adequate visuals, shaping the user experience in an intuitive and trustful manner.
- Collaborate and align closely in a global, cross-functional innovation team, working with internal managers, stakeholders and experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions in an agile environment
- Potentially, lead technical projects, support team and business needs with expertise.
- Potentially, support new employees or employees without experience in a specific field.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Master's/Diploma degree in data science, mathematics, (business) computer science, statistics or a comparable field.
- Many (6+) years of experience with large language and machine learning models, Regression, and Deep Learning, time series analysis.
- Many (6+) years of experience of React or equivalent, Python, SQL coding, UI/UX Design.
- Strong experience with GenAI solutions (M365 Copilot, AI/ML frameworks and libraries, RPA, and AI technologies (conversational platforms).
- Experience in working on Azure tech stack, Snowflake, GitHub, Databricks.
- Experience building and deploying ML models, CI/CD concepts.
- Experience managing code repositories and testing, databases, data modeling, data warehouses and pipelines, data/AI regulatory compliance, data cloud platforms, data mining and analytics.
- Solid experience with API integration and web scrapping.
- Knowledge in procurement or supply chain management and project management is a strong advantage.
