Healthcare Strategy Manager - EMEA (f/m/d)

Then come and join our global team as Healthcare Strategy Manager (f/m/d) EMEA to help shape and implement growth strategies for our EMEA zones and countries.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Alternatively, this position can also be filled in all countries with a Siemens Healthineers site within the EMEA Region.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will take ownership of implementing, coordinating, and advancing our Elevating Strategy across our EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa), with a potential focus on key growth areas such as Stroke and/or Cancer Therapy.
- You will jointly define growth targets and key activities with our zone stakeholders, closely track progress and proactively identify and address support needs to ensure target achievement.
- You will drive and support business development and growth initiatives across EMEA zones and countries, including the EMEA-wide advancement of clinical pathway initiatives.
- You will facilitate knowledge sharing for your priority fields across our zones and countries as well as adjacent departments.
- You will proactively manage your strategic priorities, anticipate risks early, and ensure transparent communication. This may include preparation of high-quality materials and presentations for senior leadership.
- You will act as a strategic partner and advisor, conduct market research, healthcare trend analyses, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for decision-makers on C-Level.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed an academic degree in economics, engineering, medicine, health economics or a related field.
- You have many years of international professional experience in business development, strategy, healthcare delivery, sales, marketing, or consulting within the healthcare sector.
- In addition, you built solid expertise and experience in managing and implementing complex (customer) projects, ideally including cross-functional or cross-organizational initiatives, and are confident in interacting with C-level customers and stakeholders.
- You have a strong understanding of key healthcare trends, clinical workflows, market dynamics and value drivers and a proven track record of contributing to growth initiatives.
- You are skilled in structuring and analyzing data as well as delivering compelling presentations, with excellent Excel, PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities tailored to senior audiences.
- Ideally, you have hands-on experience identifying and assessing growth opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making and business planning activities.
