• You will manage and coordinate global privacy and transformation projects end-to-end (planning, execution, rollout, stabilization)
• You will work in a dedicated core setup (“three-in-a-box”) with a Privacy Lawyer (Legal) and a Technical Privacy Expert (IT/Engineering), ensuring integrated delivery
• You will set up project governance including stakeholder management, reporting, decision paths as well as risk and escalation control
• You will manage scope, timeline, resources and budget and coordinate dependencies with parallel initiatives
• You will drive standardization and operationalization of privacy processes and tool-enabled workflows and ensure sustainable implementation
• You will translate privacy requirements into implementable work packages/deliverables (requirements, backlogs, rollout and operating models)
• You will create management updates and decision materials for international stakeholders

• You have a master ‘s degree (e.g., IT Security, Computer Science, Business, Law)
• You have several years of project management experience (ideally in privacy/compliance, IT transformation, global rollouts or standardization)
• You have proven experience managing complex, international and cross-functional projects
• You have confidence in classical and/or agile project delivery (hybrid) and familiar with common Project Management tools

• You are fluent in English; German skills are a plus depending on the team setup.
• You enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international environment and see yourself as a committed team player.
• You have strong structuring, prioritization and execution skills combined with excellent stakeholder management
• You are very hands-on, solution-oriented and strong communicator
