Apply now for the HR Consultant position and play a key role in the Indonesia team. In this role, you will execute a defined range of operational HR activities in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes and programs across multiple HR functional areas, providing hands-on support and practical advice to managers and employees.

Your Role:
Employee Life Cycle Management
  • Coordinate interview assessments and support recruitment processes in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Prepare and manage offer proposals across all levels, including introduction of relevant local HR policies.
  • Prepare employee documentation, including Expatriate VISA and Work Permit processing.
  • Ensure Day 1 Readiness and conduct New Hire Briefings.
  • Organize and support bi-annual New Hire Orientation programs, including co-facilitation with the Country HR Head.
  • Support departments with newcomer onboarding and independently manage onboarding-related issues.
  • Manage local learning operations, including training contracts, registration, vendor management, and learning platform administration.
  • Support learning needs collection and annual training planning.
  • Coordinate and implement local learning programs and HR initiatives.
  • Partner with local stakeholders (Communications, EHS, ERGs) to design and implement employee engagement activities (e.g. Health Talks, wellbeing initiatives).
  • Support the Country HR Head in employee relations (ER) case management, when required.
  • Manage salary offer administration, benefits coordination, and monthly BIK tax processes.
  • Administer medical benefits and annual GMCU enrolment.
Transfer and Exit Management 
  • Monitor transfer and exit administration handled by Shared Services.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to employees and managers throughout transfer and exit processes.
HR Policy, HRIS and HR Operation Excellence
  • Administer HR-related systems and act as the local key user.
  • Support HRIS implementations and act as the primary HR contact point for IT.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency and support implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Support policy review and updates.
  • Act as the first-level point of contact for HR operational and employee queries.
Local HR Department Administration
  • Manage daily HR department administration, including PR/PO processing, invoices, and vendor extensions.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements (e.g. Annual Internal Audit, GDPMD certification).
  • Monitor third-party and contractor employment, including hiring, extensions, and compliance.
Zone Strategic Project
  • Support designated HR and business projects at Indonesia and Zone level, in partnership with project owners.

Your Expertise:
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably in an operational or HR generalist role.
  • Prior experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of core HR operations, including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Information Systems.
  • Basic working knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR policies in Indonesia.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, multinational organization is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
