Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


This position can be filled within one of our Siemens Healthineers Locations in Europe, Middle East, Africa, e.g.: Austria, Czech Republick, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Tuerkiye, UAE, UK.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You drive end-to-end digital transformation projects, from identifying optimization potential to ensuring successful roll-out and implementation across our Order‑to‑Cash landscape.
  • You analyze and redesign business processes independently, uncovering opportunities for digital process automation, workflow optimization, and improved customer experience.
  • You conceptualize, select, describe and support the implementation of digital frontend and backend solutions, ensuring they enhance customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business continuity.
  • You collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, service providers, and management teams to deliver impactful digitalization projects that create measurable value.
  • You define, track, and continuously refine KPIs to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives and ensure sustainable improvements.
  • You act as a trusted advisor for digital innovation, helping teams understand the potential of digital tools, automation technologies, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
  • You have several years of professional experience in cross‑functional process optimization or digital transformation / change projects, ideally in roles such as product owner or project manager within an international environment.
  • You have a solid understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and their impact on business performance, ideally gained within Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics.
  • You have a good understanding of how digitalization enhances customer experience, streamlines Order‑to‑Cash processes, and improves business performance, and are able to articulate the potential impacts. 
  • You are proficient in translating business requirements into clear, structured, and testable specifications for automation technologies and digital process‑optimization solutions
