We offer you a flexible and dynamic environment with opportunities to go beyond your comfort zone in order to grow personally and professionally. Sounds interesting?

Then come and join our global team as Senior Project Manager Strategy (f/m/d) – Growth and Consulting to play a decisive role in shaping our customer service strategy through impactful projects.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will manage and take over responsibility for key strategic projects and initiatives in the area of customer services (e.g., growth or digital transformation projects). The focus will consistently be on operational impact and implementation.
  • You will serve as an integrative interface between business areas, functions, and countries, think consistently in a cross-functional manner, and bring together the relevant internal stakeholders to effectively drive strategic topics forward.
  • You will work on the continuous development of the overall strategy for Customer Services (CS) based on the respective functional and segment strategies.
  • You will analyze competitive landscapes, market/technology trends, and financial data to support decision-making and strategic development.
  • You will identify potential partners or M&A targets within the team and develop a corresponding landscape in line with the CS strategy.

  • You possess many years of experience in strategic roles, preferably gained at a prominent management consultancy, within an internal strategy or corporate development unit, or in a similar strategic role in the medtech or healthcare sector.
  • You have a strong “can-do” mentality and possess extensive experience in managing complex projects within matrix organizations, as well as effectively driving change across organizational boundaries in international settings.
  • You excel at motivating and leading teams to success, consistently going above and beyond when needed.
  • You have strong skills in collecting, analyzing, and clearly presenting complex information.
  • Medtech experience and a deep understanding of digitalization are valuable advantages.

Your attributes and skills:

  • You possess outstanding presentation and communication skills, along with excellent proficiency in English. German skills are of advantage.
  • Your approach combines structured, dependable, and analytical work habits with a pronounced sense of curiosity, creativity, and innovative thinking.
  • You enjoy working “on the system” and not just “in the system.”
  • You implement projects independently with a high level of implementation strength and strong business acumen, overcoming obstacles with foresight and winning over stakeholders as a team player.
  • You have a flexible and adaptable mindset, respond confidently to changing conditions and priorities, and always maintain a clear focus on strategic objectives and results.
