Apply now for the Customer Services (CS) Sales & Marketing Manager position and play a key role in the Vietnam team. You will execute sales and marketing plans to drive service revenue and market growth, aligned with both local and global business objectives.

You will expand Siemens Healthineers’ competitiveness through high-quality professional services that ensure strong customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage the service products and portfolio in Vietnam, support the product sales force, and launch special CS campaigns based on local and global requirements.

This role requires a strong blend of sales acumen, marketing expertise and leadership experience, ideally within the medical technology sector.

Your Role:
  • You will maintain high customer satisfaction and profitability within the Siemens Healthineers Customer Services framework, including planning the annual Healthcare Target Agreement and quarterly business reviews.
  • You will execute all CS Business Management Processes to drive revenue and market growth, including:
    • Market analysis and competitive transparency.
    • Customer base analysis and business potential identification.
    • Service portfolio, offerings, and pricing.
    • Contract management.
    • Customer base analysis and business potential identification.
  • You will provide extensive sales support to the local sales organization/ Modality Manager, ensuring technical collaboration and knowledge transfer during sales offers and projects.
  • You will consolidate and prepare all required information for the local maintenance price book.
  • You will develop customer-focused service marketing strategies, offerings, and communication approaches.
  • You will identify, develop, and implement new services and opportunities, lead rollout and execution with country product management.
  • You will launch special campaigns within the service environment.
  • You will achieve service sales KPIs such as contract capture rate, win-back, and conversion.
  • You will hold disciplinary responsibility for assigned staff.

Your Expertise:
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and departmental management preferably in imaging diagnostics.
  • You hold a successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biosciences, or equivalent; business background with full P&L responsibility for CS is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a business-oriented mindset.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with expertise in people management.
  • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English, written and spoken, for effective communication with our local Customers and global Colleagues.
