Scope/Nature of Role:
  • The role requires a flexible approach to working hours. The nature of our customers’ business means that there is a requirement to address complaints through to the end.
  • Additionally, while the nature of the role is predominantly field based, occasional short periods of in housework are to be expected for both development and support purposes
  • The successful Customer Service Engineer will be one who sees their role as a business function as well as a support function. That will interface accordingly with the sales representative and other members of staff as appropriate.
  • The keys to success in this role are teamwork, communications, and the ability to take ownership and to work always with a sense of urgency.
Your Role:
  • You will be responsible to completes technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes, support in planning and managing in troubleshoot, installation, maintain the instruments and address customer support issues promptly and professionally.
  • You will be responsible to complete broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance, evaluation of customer’s equipment. (all modalities including CT, MRI, Angiography, Mammography, X-ray, D&A…) 
  • You will determine priorities of tasks/actions and schedules measures accordingly. 
  • You will support the customer remotely and onsite, providing 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issue.
  • You contribute to or conduct the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories. 
  • You contribute to or execute activities for estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks in support of overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning and management.
  • You will be adhering to relevant processes and regulations. 
  • You may manage sub-contractor and monitor delivery. 
  • You may be involved in technical design and development for service offerings.
Your Expertise:
  • You have good knowledge or background in electronics as well as the English language. 
  • You have basic knowledge in Diagnostic Imaging market or project related. 
  • You understand what is needed for technical service skills, customer’s expectation, adheres company regulatory requirements.
  • You have basic IT (Information Technology) knowledge.
  • You have a degree of Technician or University in Bio Medical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics. - English certificate if any
