Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will lead, own, develop and drive enterprise-wide cardiovascular care growth strategy across the full care pathway​
  • You are responsible to develop and own innovation strategy cross P&L related Cardiovascular Care solutions and explore potentional new fiellds​
  • You will orchestrate cross-P&L alignment and enforce cross P&L decisions​
  • You will drive M&A and Joint Venture topics in collaboration with Strategic Marketing​
  • You will have a high focus on close collaboration with HQ, regions, functions and external stakeholders​
  • You are responsible for driving and own Market intelligence for Cardiovascular Care​
  • You will develop programmatic offerings together with relevant stakeholders​
  • You will drive clinical education management​
  • You will own and lead Collaboration strategy and management with key opinion leaders​

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a university degree in business administration, healthcare management or related field​
  • You have many years of professional experience in business development, strategic planning, or portfolio management within healthcare or medtech.​
  • You have profound experience in cross-business leadership and managing complex stakeholder networks (PLM, Marketing, Finance, Clinical Affairs).​
  • You possess a good foundation in clinical knowledge for cardiovascular care and understanding of patient pathways. ​
  • You have additional certifications in strategic management, portfolio management, are advantageous.​
  • You have the ability to translate clinical trends into business opportunities and portfolio decisions
  • You have experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures​


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have fluent English language skills (verbal & written), good German skills are a plus
  • You possess strong and senior leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across P&Ls and global organizations.​
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills.​
  • You have strong presentation and communication skills ​
  • ​You have a growth mindset
