Then come and join our global team as Real Estate Analyst (f/m/d), to support the execution and analysis of Siemens Healthineers’ real estate activities.

You will work closely with Asset and Transaction Managers to evaluate business requirements, analyse market and portfolio data, prepare financial models, and develop decision-making materials. This role offers exposure to the full real estate lifecycle — from strategy and investment cases to transactions, leasing, and ongoing asset performance.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

The position can be filled in Germany (location: Erlangen), United Kingdom (UK) or India.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will support transaction execution by preparing analyses, evaluation models, and scenario comparisons
  • You will conduct market research and benchmarking to support acquisition, disposal, and leasing decisions
  • You will analyze portfolio and asset performance KPIs (financial, operational, ESG) and prepare regular management reports
  • You will assist in preparing investment cases, presentations, and decision documents for internal stakeholders
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Tax, Sustainability) to gather data and ensure transaction readiness
  • You will maintain internal databases, track lease terms and key dates, and help monitor active lease management activities
  • You will contribute to process improvements and digitalization initiatives within the Asset Management & Transaction function

  • You are proficient in handling and interpreting data, and are able to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Your attributes and skills:
