Your role:
- Provide support for infrastructure services (connectivity, printing, modern workspace – laptops –, file sharing, Office 365, etc.) ensuring their stability and performance
- Manage user accounts, including onboarding/offboarding and access rights management
- Configure and prepare IT equipment (PCs, phones, etc.) ensuring availability for users
- Diagnose, support, and coordinate resolution of hardware issues
- Provide on-site support for local operations service offerings
- Install business applications and configure user environments
- Assist users in taking full advantage of their equipment
- Handle IT service desk complaints and escalations, providing quick solutions
- Implement country-level support concepts in compliance with EMEA standards (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
- Contribute to the deployment of centrally defined IT infrastructure projects in Algeria
- Manage external IT service providers, both global and local, to support troubleshooting processes
- Maintain and manage IT assets and peripherals, ensuring proper housekeeping
Your expertise and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- From 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Microsoft technical certifications is a plus.
- ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- Good command of French Language.
