Your role:

• You will perform IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards.
• You will support customization and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes.
• You will implement programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety.
• You will execute and/or organize relevant testing.
• You will design and document existing and changed IT operational processes.
• Develops necessary service levels to fulfill business requirements.
• Manage digital transformation with digitization and automation solutions including designing, developing, and maintaining local software applications using Digital and robotic process automation tools such as Microsoft Power Platform.

Your expertise and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• From 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Microsoft technical certifications is a plus.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Good command of French Language.
