Then come and join our global team as Senior Logistics Finance Analyst (f/m/d), to drive transparency, efficiency, and financial excellence across our international logistics operations.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany).

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will drive the financial controlling of the global logistics operations for Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics, including distribution, warehousing, and finished goods inventory.
  • You will coordinate and integrate financial planning, reporting and analysis across the various global distribution centers and functional activities of the logistics teams.
  • You will ensure integrity and accuracy of financial reporting as well identify operational and financial risks and opportunities.
  • You will provide actionable insight to the various finance and operational stakeholders in the Logistics and Finance functions, as well as the Diagnostics Business Lines.
  • You will partner with the logistics team to drive various improvement projects for the global distribution network.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have completed studies in business or finance, Master/MBA is preferred.
  • You have several years of relevant experience in financial analysis and operational controlling.
  • Experience with the medical device industry and supply chain is strongly preferred.
  • You have good knowledge in financial analysis in a supply chain function combined with data analytics.
  • You bring good knowledge of data visualization and analytics, and you have excellent analytical skills.
  • You have good understanding of financial planning processes and KPIs, as well as their connection to operational processes and parameters.
  • You thrive working in a team setting and have excellent abilities to coordinate and collaborate to deliver results as a team.
  • You have experience supporting and driving a business forward through financial analysis, executive communication and project management.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You are business fluent in English, additional language skills are an advantage.
  • You possess very good user skills in MS Office 365.
  • You have good knowledge of financial planning and analysis tools, including Jedox, SAP and other financial reporting systems.
  • You are willing to undertake travel activities of approximately 10%.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills, enjoy working in a team and you are a team player.
  • You have a high level of analytical ability.
