Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

In a newly established and still growing team

  • You design solutions that help uncover stroke causes and support physicians in preventing (re-)ocurrence – with a special focus on intracranial aneurysms.
  • You define the product roadmap and assist with effort estimations. Translate customer and market insights into clear product strategies that strengthen our stroke portfolio and ensure successful market positioning.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, business partners, and internal teams (Cross Business Area/Business Line) acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to intracranial aneurysm assessment and treatment.
  • You clarify and drive the implementation of options, technical interfaces and concrete product designs across organizations and companies, from the pre-development stage through to product development, and between modality-specific product management and the clinical stroke segment.
  • You advise sales teams and customers on solution capabilities and support them during engagement.
  • You plan and coordinate solution demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for customers and sales teams, gathering and consolidating customer feedback to improve performance and user experience.
  • You collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful product-related content, including case studies and proof points,
  • You monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • You contribute to business planning by supporting pricing, positioning, revenue growth, and profitability strategies.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in engineering, computer science or technical business administration, and a combination of subjects is particularly welcome.
  • You have many years of experience in product or technical project management, and experience in clinical marketing or strategy development would be advantageous.
  • You have successfully managed international, cross-functional projects in complex environments, e.g. in the software environment.
  • You maintain trusting relationships with technical and clinical stakeholders.
  • You understand the stroke patient pathway in depth.
  • You bring experience in designing and managing clinical collaborations.


Your attributes and skills:

  • ​​You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to simplify complex strategic topics and engage effectively across functions, cultures, and leadership levels.
  • You understand the big clinical picture and act as sparring partner for our internal teams.
  • You can translate clinical issues into technical concepts and communicate and promote them to the relevant stakeholders.
  • You have a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently paired with proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • You show strong interpersonal and networking skills plus the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • You collaborate with empathy in diverse, cross-functional environments.
  • You communicate and present confidently in English. German skills would be beneficial.
  • You are open to business travel (20-30%).
