Then come and join our global team as ITSM SAP Process Manager and Signavio Process Manager (f/m/d).

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be the SAP responsible for Knowledge-, Complaints- and Request Management and will support the Application Management with Training organization and Community Management.
  • As the SAP representative for the listed ITSM processes and contribute to fully leveraging their potential for SHS within SAP.
  • You assist with operational topics (e.g. Review and approval of all Knowledge Articles), as well as strategical topics (define the process for SAP within the ITSM framework).
  • You will also be responsible for setting up reports to generate transparency about the value add of Knowledge-, Complaints- and Request Management.
  • As the Signavio Application Manager and central driver for the Process Documentation process you will support, enable and train our Business Colleagues to successfully leverage Signavio as a Process Documentation Tool.
  • This includes the setup and governance of the Process Documentation process.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a successfully completed Master Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Informatics or other related fields.
  • You have first experience with process documentation tools including Signavio and have an overall good technical understanding.
  • You have first experience in leading projects and implementing new tools and processes.
  • You are familiar with SAP and its supporting products.
  • You have a good understanding of IT Service Management Processes and ITIL.
  • You can translate the current project status in easy-to-understand reporting.
  • You have a Strategical way of thinking and mindset and can adjust SAP Goals to the overall IT Strategy.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You communicate easily with our international team in English, German language skills are an additional plus.
  • You can understand and solve problems within complex processes.
  • You are well structured and able to communicate in a clear and inspiring way which helps you to overcome resistance and successfully drive change management.
  • You are fond of networking and stakeholder management.
