Then come and join our global team as Treasury M&A Project Manager (f/m/d) and become part of the global Treasury M&A and Strategic Projects Team to manage M&A transactions and spearhead strategic projects that make a lasting impact, aligning them with Siemens Healthineers’ mission and values. 


Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • As Treasury representative for M&A transactions you will be covering the whole process from due diligence, investment application, merger/ carve out preparation as well as post-close integration and serve as primary treasury liaison to the central M&A team and other workstreams like tax, legal, shareholder controlling, IT and finance fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • You will shape Strategic Projects in the Treasury Arena from project planning to implementation & monitoring, using best-in-class project management standards, processes and tools.
  • You will collaborate closely and have high visibility with a variety of stakeholders, building bridges between all relevant treasury functions such as Cash & FX management, Corporate Finance, Trade Finance, Sales Financing, Insurance, Risk Asset Management, Risk Control and Back Office.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a university degree in Business Administration, (Corporate) Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • You have several years of substantial operational Treasury experience.
  • You are a subject matter expert in Treasury and/or M&A and/or Project Management.
  • Experience in a variety of Treasury functions is a plus.
  • You have a track record of supporting complex Treasury and M&A projects.
  • First project leadership experience is a plus.
  • You are a digital native and comfortable using MS office, especially PowerPoint and Excel and are eager to embrace new tools and expand your technological skills.

  • You are fluent in English and have a strong proficiency in German; additional languages are a plus, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and communication styles.
