Apply now for Logistics Specialist role, and you will be heavily involved in Stocks & Storage Location Reconciliation. Heavily involved in liaison on logistic activities with 4PL vendors- on various logistic activities, and partly responsible for some billing to 4PL vendor. This position will also be helping Project team on necessary logistic arrangement.

Your Role:
  • You will be responsible for Stocks & Storage Location Reconciliation, including inventory management activities. 
  • You will be responsible for coordinating with 4PL warehouse 4PL transaction billing, intercompany sales, urgent supply request by internal & external stakeholders, intercompany sales, credit note and 4PL Return Stocks. 
  • You will be heavily involved in liaison on logistic activities with 4PL vendors. (on System interface issue and resolutions).
  • You will be responsible to review K1 form, update shipment arrivals and good receipts activities.
  • You will be responsible to review of Shipment Discrepancies reported by 4PL (e.g. shortage / excess / damage). 
  • You will support commercial/ Project Manager in logistic arrangement with logistic providers
Your Qualifications and Experiences:
  • You have a degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • You have 2–13 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the logistics industry. 
  • You have hands-on experience in logistics operations or related functions. 
  • You have a strong learning attitude and the ability to adapt to new processes and systems. 
  • You have a good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken. 
  • You have basic working knowledge of ERP systems. 
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data handling and reporting.
