Then come and join our global team as Head of Clinical Segment Stroke (f/m/d).
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the development, planning and execution of the Siemens Healthineers stroke strategy.
- You drive the x-Business Line/Business Area roadmap across businesses for Stroke.
- You drive the development of x-Business Line/Business Area marketing storyline
- You build industry partnerships and scientific collaborations in stroke (e.g., join commercial offerings, market access)
- You drive scientific collaborations and clinical evidence generation to expand Siemens Healthineers’ influence in stroke
- You will lead a team, manage, coach and coordinate international and diverse project teams with team members from different units of our company, external experts, and/or consultants
Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a PhD or Master’s degree in Technical, Business or Medical discipline
- You possess an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end stroke clinical pathway
- You ideally have clinical knowledge in the field of stroke with expertise in the neurological and neuro-interventional business
- You have experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies within a highly regulated MedTech/Healthcare environment
- You have strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams towards strategic goals
- You have demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, strategic program leadership, and business development
- You bring experience working in and influencing matrix organizations and leading complex projects
- You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including representing with authorities and policymakers
- You are well-connected with international stroke societies and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in neurology and interventional neuroradiology
- You maintain a patient-centered mindset and a passion for innovation

- You are a confident presenter who can simplify complex topics, motivate others, and convince audiences regardless of reporting lines.
- You demonstrate a hands-on mentality with a strong entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset.
- You are proactive, responsible, and capable of making and defending quick decisions.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- You are experienced in working in international environments across cultures and time zones.
