Your role:
- Install new Digital equipment (syngo Carbon, syngo.via, AI, ehealth) with completion of installation and Startup Protocol as per guideline of Digital & Automation Business Line
- Installation, parameterization, customizing of the offered solutions such as Radiology Information System-Screening Navigator, Vendor Neutral Archive (syngo.share), Advanced Visualization Cluster (syngo.via Enterprise)
- Implementation of the Hardware, installation of the basic PACS/AV/VNA software
- PACS/VNA/AV application support to radiologists (layouts, hanging protocols, customization etc.)
- System configuration and integration into the IT environment of the customer
- Establish technical solutions, maintain, and monitor EPS (Enhanced productivity services)
- Enable all functionalities according to requirements, in order to execute EPS Service
- Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines of Siemens Healthineers
- Achieve and maintain highest level of customer care within the framework of Siemens Healthineers, by supporting the customer service organizations in monitoring and troubleshooting the systems
Your expertise/ skills:
- BSc/MSc in Information Technology or a related subject
- At least 3 years of experience in IT or/and HIT customer service (networking, routers/switches, Windows/Linux Servers, infrastructure virtualization, DICOM/HL7/ FHIR)
- Experience with PACS/RIS/HIS/VNA
- Hands-on involvement with installation and troubleshooting of servers, switches and storage devices
- Hands on experience with Hyper-V and ESXi hypervisors
- Solid understanding of information security compliance
- Scripting knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English & Greek language, written and spoken
The position is fixed-term (1 year) and the employment contract will be handled via Randstad.
