Then come and join our global team as Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to adapt and execute the global Marketing Strategy for Specialty Laboratory Solutions (Hemostasis/Hematology) - Central Eastern Europe (CEE).


Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany).


Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • In your role as Marketing Manager, you are responsible for establishing and executing the Marketing strategy and plan in alignment with the CEE Head of Specialty Laboratory Solutions (SLS) Marketing to actively drive financial performance within the Hemostasis and Hematology business segment.
  • You will take ownership in the respective product lines to determine the focus areas for the fiscal year. This includes commercial KPIs, product launches, communication and events.
  • You will define and execute strategies to expand market coverage in CRM and strengthen our company’s position in Hemostasis and Hematology diagnostics in CEE countries. Therein identifying growth opportunities, analyzing the competitive landscape, and recommending concrete actions to increase market share and profitability.
  • You are responsible for updating and educating all stakeholders on product line news relevant for CEE. This includes presentations in regular SLS-Update Calls and product line dedicated training to sales and teams of product experts and ensure that it is being leveraged by sales to align commercial strategies with financial targets. Your business insights will help sales teams optimize customer segmentation, tender management, and pricing models.
  • You serve as 1st and only point of contact for Global Marketing for e.g. guidance needed from countries, requests regarding business cases or product line development in CEE.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a university degree in a scientific field.
  • Long years of experience in managing a product line within the Laboratory Diagnostics field is mandatory.
  • Formal marketing training, such as a certificate or diploma in marketing, or equivalent relevant experience, is required.
  • You have significant experience working in the Clinical Diagnostics marketplace, including experience in marketing and customer communication.
  • You have advanced knowledge of the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) market and deep technical and/or scientific knowledge in the responsible product lines.
  • You have significant experience of working in the Clinical Diagnostics Marketplace, with experience of marketing and communicating to customers.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You are Business fluent in English, any additional language spoken in CEE a plus.
  • You have excellent presentation skills across various levels and functions.
  • You have experience in managing and leading without authority.
  • You are open to global travel up to 30%.
