Then come and join our global team as Global Customer Education Product Manager (f/m/d) - Clinical pathway & Endovascular Robotics to define, develop and scale Clinical Pathway Education Frameworks while ensuring clinical applicability, milestone-driven readiness, and audit compliance for scalable global adoption.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Education Strategy - Endovascular Robotics (EVR)
- You will lead the definition and execution of a cohesive global education strategy for the EVR portfolio, aligning business priorities, regulatory requirements, and clinical adoption goals.
- You monitor adoption, effectiveness, and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement of the education strategy.
Clinical Pathway-Based Education Framework
- You translate clinical pathway journeys and customer needs into scalable education products.
- You co-develop clinically relevant training solutions with Key Opinion Leaders and internal stakeholders.
- You lead customer pilots and validation programs to refine and de-risk education concepts.
- You define and execute global go-to-market strategies and bring offerings to market for the Clinical Education Products.
Digital, Simulation & Blended Learning Innovation
- You drive innovative blended learning strategies (digital, simulation, hybrid, on-site) to enhance learning impact.
- You leverage digital platforms and immersive tools to create scalable, interactive education solutions.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- You lead cross-functional alignment to influence global and regional stakeholders to drive adoption and prioritization.
- You position education as a strategic value driver that supports both clinical excellence and commercial success.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a university degree in Engineering, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
- You have many years of experience in endovascular procedures and a strong background in the medical devices sector.
- You bring proven experience in product management, combined with strong business acumen and a successful track record of identifying, defining, and commercializing business opportunities.
- You possess in-depth knowledge and a profound understanding of clinical procedures and treatment pathways within Cardiovascular Care and Interventional Radiology.
- You have demonstrated success in managing complex global projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups across functions and regions.
- Experience in developing and delivering customer training, educational programs, or clinical education initiatives is considered a plus.

- You have strong product and project management skills, including roadmap development and execution planning.
- You are able to build compelling business cases and develop scalable education and training models.
- You possess a strong analytical mindset, with a focus on performance tracking, data-driven decision-making, and impact measurement.
- You are passionate about driving innovation in digital and blended learning ecosystems.
- You excel at communication, influencing stakeholders, and fostering collaboration across multiple organizational functions and entities.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
