Then come and join our global team as Cardiac Early Detection Partnerships Lead (f/m/d) to help us advance the early detection of coronary artery disease (CAD), one of the leading causes of death worldwide, through strong partnerships and the generation of clinical evidence within our Cardiac Early Detection Program, with the goal of sustainably improving patient care around the globe.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will take ownership of establishing, managing, and strategically advancing external collaborations in Cardiac Early Detection Program with leading clinical partners worldwide.
- You will drive the execution of the clinical evidence generation strategy by initiating, structuring, and operationalizing studies, collaborations, and projects together with clinical partners.
- You will serve as the primary interface to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring their close involvement in evidence generation, study design, and program development.
- You will build trusted relationships with leading cardiologists and radiologists, ensuring the scientific rigor and clinical relevance of the program.
- You will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with industry partners to jointly deliver clinical studies and evidence-generation initiatives.
- You will actively support the positioning of Siemens Healthineers within the clinical community through targeted collaborations and scientific exchange.
- You will represent Siemens Healthineers externally at scientific congresses, with partners, and in strategic discussions with clinical experts.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a Master’s degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; a PhD is considered an advantage.
- You bring extensive professional experience in (international) clinical collaborations, evidence generation, and the management of clinical studies and research projects.
- You have gained experience within the pharmaceutical industry, for example as a Medical Science Liaison, and possess a deep understanding of the planning, execution, and scientific dissemination of clinical studies, as well as the associated regulatory and operational requirements.
- You have experience in developing evidence-generation and publication strategies and know how to leverage scientific insights to support clinical collaborations and strategic initiatives.
- You critically analyze scientific data and use your findings to further develop clinical strategies and strategic partnerships in a well-founded and impactful manner.
- You have built a strong network within the pharmaceutical industry and know how to utilize it effectively to establish and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Solid expertise in cardiology, particularly in coronary artery disease (CAD), is considered a strong asset.
Your attributes and skills:
- You operate confidently in an international environment and collaborate effectively with diverse cultures, time zones, and stakeholders. To support this, you possess business-fluent English skills; German language skills are considered an advantage.
- You demonstrate a high level of initiative, proactively identify opportunities, and independently develop innovative approaches to advance strategic partnerships and evidence-generation projects.
- You have a proven ability to build trusted, peer-to-peer relationships with leading clinical experts, industry partners, and other key stakeholders, and to maintain these relationships over the long term.
- You actively foster collaboration across functions, regions, and organizations, and contribute to shared success through your strong team-oriented mindset.
- You are willing to undertake international business travel of approximately 20%.
