We offer you a flexible and dynamic environment with opportunities to go beyond your comfort zone in order to grow personally and professionally. Sounds interesting?

Then come and join our global team as Clinical Marketing Manager Spine Surgery (f/m/d).
Siemens Healthineers Advanced Therapies is shaping the future of image-guided surgery and robotics, with Spine Surgery being one of our most strategically vital focus areas. We are looking for a driven, experienced Clinical Marketing Manager, who brings deep clinical expertise, a strong strategic mindset, and the operational tenacity to translate vision into measurable outcomes.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You define and drive the global clinical marketing strategy for spine surgery, ensure alignment with portfolio priorities and go-to-market objectives while collaborating closely with R&D, Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales.
  • You lead clinical development activities, medical affairs initiatives, and regulatory marketing support for product launches in accordance with MDR and FDA requirements.
  • You transform complex clinical and technical information into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with surgeons, hospital decision-makers, and key opinion leaders.
  • You represent Siemens Healthineers confidently at congresses, symposia, customer events, and internal forums, engaging audiences of different sizes and backgrounds.
  • You establish and strengthen long-term partnerships with key opinion leaders across the global spine surgery community.
  • You create evidence-based content, including white papers, clinical case studies, and digital assets, that positions Siemens Healthineers as a trusted partner in the spine operating room.
  • You take ownership of initiatives from concept to implementation by developing campaigns, training materials, and sales enablement resources that deliver real value.
  • You manage projects with a structured approach, define clear milestones, monitor progress, and proactively address challenges to ensure successful execution.
  • You collaborate across functions to align priorities, coordinate timelines, and maximize clinical and commercial outcomes.
  • You foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability across teams, regions, and business units.

  • You have many years (5+) of professional experience in clinical marketing, application sales, medical affairs, or a related field — ideally within medical technology, surgical devices, or imaging in the field of spine surgery.
  • You have successfully led clinical or commercial programs from strategic planning through implementation and can demonstrate measurable results.
  • You have experience with clinical studies, including study design, execution, data evaluation, or publication activities, which would be considered an advantage.

Your attributes and skills:

  • You communicate clearly and persuasively, whether presenting to large audiences, facilitating discussions with experts, or creating concise marketing content.
  • You organize work in a structured and transparent way, monitor progress consistently, and adapt quickly when priorities change.
  • You build trusted relationships across functions, cultures, and regions and contribute to the success of the broader team.
