Then come and join our global team as Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) AI Workflow Orchestration to drive the future of healthcare by orchestrating cutting-edge AI into trusted, end-to-end clinical workflows that deliver real impact along the entire patient journey.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

- You design coherent AI-driven workflows, defining how multiple AI models and agents are orchestrated into seamless, clinically meaningful processes.
- You ensure clinical robustness by combining probabilistic AI with deterministic logic, delivering outputs that are traceable, reproducible, and defensible.
- You define key integration points with imaging modalities, clinical IT systems (PACS/RIS, EMR, VNA), and third-party AI solutions in close collaboration with platform teams.
- You translate clinical, technical, and commercial needs into prioritized platform product increments, crafting compelling value propositions for diverse customer segments and use cases.
- You make strategic trade-offs across opportunities, balancing innovation and impact within constrained delivery capacity.
- You align cross-functional stakeholders around a unified roadmap, while partnering closely with other peers from platform product management.
- You anticipate and shape regulatory implications (MDR/FDA) of AI-driven and agent-based workflows, ensuring compliance influences product design and lifecycle decisions.

- You impress with extensive experience working in regulated software environments, ideally within MedTech.
- You possess a strong understanding of AI-driven workflows, data pipelines, and system integration across heterogeneous, multi-vendor ecosystems.
