Then come and join our global team as Senior Strategic Clinical Marketing Manager (f/m/d) Diagnostic Imaging to to shape the global clinical marketing strategy for Diagnostic Imaging, effectively position innovative and value‑based messages with our customers, and, together with international Clinical and Marketing teams, ensure the successful positioning of market‑leading, AI‑powered solutions along clinical diagnostic and therapy pathways.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


This position can be filled on a full‑time or part‑time basis with a minimum of 35 hours per week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • In your new role, you will independently lead Clinical Marketing for Diagnostic Imaging (DI), the market leader in diagnostic imaging, and be responsible for the strategic positioning of our clinical solution portfolios.
  • You will coordinate close collaboration with Clinical Field teams worldwide and across organizational boundaries, define joint marketing strategies and plans, and ensure their successful execution.
  • You will be responsible for the development of consistent clinical, operational, and financial key messages for our customers, for example around established AI‑powered clinical pathways, and ensure coherent communication across all relevant channels.
  • As a Clinical Advisor, you will actively support the Clinical Summit, define content priorities, and ensure the relevance of topics for radiologists and other clinical stakeholders.
  • You will develop clinically oriented sales materials and present them during customer meetings and at international congresses.
  • You will independently monitor market, competitive, and technology trends, drive innovative marketing and sales initiatives, and derive concrete recommendations for action, including budget responsibility.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a degree in Medical Technology, Medicine, Medical Sciences, or are a certified MTRA/MTR with corresponding long‑term professional experience.
  • You have many years of professional experience in a clinical environment with in-depth knowledge of clinical pathways and a strong interest in strategic marketing.
  • Alternatively, you bring extensive professional experience in a customer-facing role within the healthcare sector, combined with several years of experience in marketing or product management. In this context, you have already gained experience in effectively communicating clinical value and value-based benefits to target audiences and independently developing marketing strategies.
  • You demonstrate a deep understanding of the clinical needs and challenges faced by radiology departments worldwide along diagnostic and therapeutic pathways.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You combine empathy and strong communication skills with persuasion and a high degree of personal accountability.
  • You act with an entrepreneurial mindset, make well‑informed decisions, and are experienced in building and maintaining a strong, trust‑based international network.
  • You proactively navigate complex work environments, take initiative, and bring a high level of creativity and solution orientation.
  • You possess excellent presentation and communication skills and apply them successfully in international and intercultural contexts.
  • You have extensive experience working with clinical stakeholders as well as interdisciplinary and international teams.
  • Your English skills are excellent; German language skills are an advantage.
  • You are willing to invest approximately 15% of your working time in international business travel.
