Then come and join our global team as Director (f/m/d) Clinical Solutions Management – Procedural Ultrasound Business, to use your medical device and scientific expertise to contribute to the success of our Interventional Products.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Lead a global team of clinical solutions managers across multiple clinical areas in interventional cardiology and radiology.
  • Define and own the clinical product vision and north star for assigned procedural ultrasound segments, aligned with business strategy, customer needs and portfolio priorities.
  • Translate unmet clinical needs, market trends, and technology evolution into clear value propositions and long-term product direction.
  • Act as the clinical product voice in portfolio, investment, and roadmap discussions.
  • Collect, synthesize, and analyze product input from multiple sources, including customers, regions, markets, clinical studies, service feedback, and post-market data.
  • Ensure insights are structured, traceable, and translated into product requirements rather than remaining anecdotal.
  • Align with platform product managers to translate long-term vision into prioritized feature roadmap.
  • Act as feature and business opportunity owner, ensuring that roadmap items are clearly linked to customer value, competitive differentiation, and portfolio goals.
  • Provide clinical guidance to engineering and program teams during product development to ensure product performance meets intended uses, with particular focus on image quality and workflow.
  • Lead clinical verification and validation of new products, features, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Support our marketing and training team in the development and presentation of training materials on new products and features.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical science team to substantiate claims or create proof‐points and support post market introduction studies in collaboration with Markets.

Your qualifications and experience:


  • You have a degree in medicine, biomedical engineering, medical physics or you are a certified cardiac sonographer.
  • You bring a minimum of 5 years of ultrasound clinical development, working in medical environment or consulting, in depth experience in cardiology is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management, roadmap ownership, or portfolio decision-making in Medtech.
  • Experience working at the intersection of clinical, business, and technology stakeholders.
  • You impress by your proven track record of successfully launching and managing high-tech innovative products throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must.


Your attributes and skills:


  • You are willing to travel internationally, especially to the USA on occasional business trips (approx. 30%).
  • Because you will be working with international colleagues, you have a fluent spoken and written command of English. Any additional language is a strong advantage.
  • You demonstrate intercultural and interpersonal competencies, with the ability to lead across diverse teams and geographies.
