Then come and join our global team as CT Fleet Services Data Specialist (f/m/d), to help maintain accurate installed‑base data and enable data‑driven decisions.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will help ensure the accuracy and consistency of the installed base and related service data, taking responsibility for maintaining reliable records.
- You will continuously monitor, analyze, and report installed base and performance data.
- You will support resource, service, and capacity planning through reliable data insights.
- You will collaborate with Service Engineering (SE), Research & Development (R&D), Sales, and IT on data-related initiatives.
- You will help identify data-driven improvement opportunities and translate them into measurable efficiency and cost benefits.
- You will contribute to creating a reliable data foundation that improves operational efficiency and supports sustainable cost optimization and customer satisfaction.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a completed Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, IT, or a comparable field.
- You have ideally first experience in data management, analytics, or service operations, ideally in a healthcare or technology environment.
- We also welcome applicants with a completed vocational training and further qualifications combined with additional professional experience in this field.
- You possess knowledge of data analysis tools and methods, as well asexperience with large datasets and ensuring data quality and consistency.
- You have practical experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI and Qlik Sense, and are proficient in common IT tools (e.g. Excel).
- You are familiar with cross-functional collaboration and project work.
Your attributes and skills:
- You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
- You communicate effectively and work well in an international team environment.
- You have a very good command of English (written and spoken); German skills are an advantage.
