Apply now for the position of ASEAN Zone Application Specialist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer application education and advanced support, increase new immersive education service revenue in ASEAN zone.
 
 
Your role: 
 
  • You will be responsible for delivering Application Services (training and support) during implementation, post-sales, and for advanced clinical support, including image quality assessments for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) products.
  • You will act as the team lead for managing the ASEAN MRI community, driving profitable revenue growth and operational excellence in education services.
  • You will oversee the competence and qualification management of the modality team, including developing, planning, and monitoring ongoing internal education. 
  • You will collaborate closely with local application specialists in each country by: Enabling, supporting, coaching, and guiding them. Identifying and recommending training and development initiatives. Establishing and maintaining a strong community. Ensuring smooth information flow and best practice sharing. Organizing and leading technical knowledge exchange and improvement meetings at the ASEAN level
  • You will ensure execution of the ASEAN MRI Education Services Business Strategy Plan, including setting goals, roadmaps, agendas, and business plans. Effectively communicate and implement these within the organization.
  • You will participate in content development and training material updates in collaboration with HQ. Communicate updates and mentor shared resource trainers in the ASEAN region to ensure globally consistent education delivery.
  • You will support the development of the Education Services portfolio in alignment with market needs, in partnership with Business Lines (BLs).
  • You will drive operational excellence and ensure high customer satisfaction. Manage education delivery operations, including scheduling in close cooperation with dispatching and reporting.
  • You will provide customer support through on-site visits, workshops, webinars, and remote assistance to ensure maximum system uptime and customer satisfaction.
 
Your expertise: 
 
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the MRI field.
  • Experience in leading a team; ability to lead, inspire and manage a team of individual contributors and professionals.
  • Extensive experience in assessing clinical image quality and understanding of the optimization parameters for customer workflow.
  • Good experience in giving trainings or working as an Application Specialist.
  • Excellent clinical understanding on MRI product.
  • Good communication and customer interaction skills.
