Then come and join our global team as Application Instructor/HQ Supporter (f/m/d) for Molecular Imaging (MI).
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- In your role, you focus on conducting application courses and supporting the continuous development of course content within your area of responsibility together with the relevant SE contacts.
- You globally conduct trainings at customer sites for molecular imaging systems with a focus on SPECT.
- In addition, you perform product demonstrations for reference customers and at major congresses.
- You gather reference case studies for training and simulations and continuously educate yourself on course modules from the entire MI product portfolio.
- Together with Service Engineering, you work on optimizing and further developing the training portfolio in the context of digitalization.
- In the future you will enlarge your field of responsibilities by conducting technical trainings MI.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a comparable field.
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of medical technology, particularly in MI SPECT Application.
- We also welcome applicants with completed vocational training and further education as an MTR, along with additional professional experience in this field.
- You have good knowledge in creating and conducting training sessions.
Your attributes and skills:
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, to conduct professional training for our international and external audience; additional knowledge of German and intercultural experience would be advantageous.
- You can clearly explain complex medical applications in regular in-person training sessions, videos, or other multimedia tools and are always open to new technical and didactic challenges.
- You are willing to travel internationally for up to 50% of your working time.
