Then come and join our global team as Senior Strategy Manager for Computed Tomography (f/m/d), to actively contribute to the strategic development of this business area.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • In your role as Senior Strategy Manager for Computed Tomography, you drive and support strategic initiatives and projects throughout their entire life cycle, working closely with the overall project manager.
  • Working closely with CT strategy team and the strategy community of the Diagnostic Imaging (DI) business unit, you develop, refine, and communicate the vision and strategy for CT. In doing so, you ensure consistent alignment with overarching business objectives, market and technology trends, and actively drive the continuous development of strategic content.
  • You act as an integrative interface, think consistently in a cross-functional manner, and bring together relevant internal stakeholders to effectively advance strategic issues.
  • You structure, moderate, and support key formats, including regular CT management meetings (weekly management rounds, monthly strategy workshops, annual offsites).
  • You ensure transparency and traceability of strategic decisions and objectives through the professional preparation of decision-making bases, meeting minutes, and management dashboards.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in a technical, scientific, medical, or business administration field.
  • You have many years of in-depth experience in strategic work, ideally acquired in management consulting, an internal strategy or corporate development unit, or in a comparable strategic role in the medtech or healthcare environment.
  • You have experience in designing and conducting workshops and the ability to apply a wide range of techniques and methodologies to do so successfully.
  • You are passionate about motivating teams and their members.
  • You can clearly structure, prioritize, and prepare complex strategic content for decision-making, especially for presentations and discussions at the management and decision-making level.
