Then come and join our global team as Marketing Manager (f/m/d) General Imaging Ultrasound EMEAThe Marketing Manager General Imaging Ultrasound EMEA will be the key driver for the successful commercialization of our General Imaging ultrasound products. This involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product awareness, market adoption, and revenue growth. The role will play a critical role in bridging the gap between clinical expertise and marketing strategy. This role will leverage their ultrasound knowledge and marketing skills to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that effectively communicate the clinical benefits of our products to healthcare professionals, patients, internal colleagues and other stakeholders. The role will also oversee Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development and management.


In Germany, the position is based in Erlangen. Additionally, it can be filled in France, the UK, Italy, Sweden, and Slovakia.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will leverage your deep expertise in the EMEA General Imaging ultrasound market to identify customer needs and define marketing strategies. You will develop and implement actionable plans to grow market share and revenue, ensuring alignment with customer and market expectations.
  • You will serve as a subject matter expert with deep domain knowledge, responsible for identifying and developing marketing strategies that support sales and drive growth initiatives for our General Imaging business.
  • You will identify and observe competitive and market trends to generate product differentiation, marketing, sales support, and training materials.
  • Furthermore, you will serve as the primary marketing contact for clinical key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other external stakeholders to generate clinical evidence-based marketing campaigns around the portfolio elements involved.
  • You will organize and manage advisory boards, KOL meetings, and clinical symposiums to gather insights and feedback for marketing initiatives.
  • You will develop unique clinical and product marketing campaigns, tactics and sales enablement tools that focus on how our portfolio improves patient outcomes, increases clinician and patient satisfaction, reduces costs, and increases patient access.
  • You will partner with the EMEA marketing, commercial and clinical teams to execute strategies and tactics that drive achievement of revenue targets by generating awareness, brand loyalty, and intent to purchase with customers. 
  • You will collaborate closely with the global Product Marketing team to ensure marketing and product strategies are aligned and effectively implemented in the EMEA market.
  • You will develop and deliver training programs, in alignment with the EMEA education team, for internal sales teams and external healthcare professionals to ensure a thorough understanding of product features and clinical benefits.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related discipline).
  • You have several years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Clinical Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have several years of substantial work experience in Ultrasound Imaging, with a strong understanding of the technology and market dynamics.
  • You have proven expertise in the Ultrasound Imaging market, with deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • You consistently demonstrate ownership and collaborate effectively within cross-functional commercial teams.
  • An established network with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You are highly collaborative and team-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation to deliver impactful results.
  • You have excellent communication skills, including strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities in English and at least one additional European language.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple priorities, consistently meeting and exceeding short- and long-term goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering trust and engagement with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • You show adaptability and resilience, thriving in dynamic market conditions and demonstrating flexibility in approach to achieve strategic objectives.
  • You are willing to travel extensively (more than 30%) across the EMEA region to engage with stakeholders and support business initiatives.
