Then come and join our global team as Strategic Global Marketing Manager (f/m/d) for AI in Diagnostic Imaging to helping to strategically advance global marketing activities around Artificial Intelligence in diagnostic imaging, develop compelling market and customer messaging, and actively support the transformation of healthcare through innovative digital technologies.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position is a full-time role and is offered on a fixed-term basis for 12–18 months.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You understand and analyze global trends and developments in diagnostic imaging, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and digital innovation, identifying emerging opportunities and potential risks.
- You drive the development of high-impact marketing and communication content for the radiology portfolio, strengthening the organization's leadership position in Healthcare AI.
- You develop compelling cross-modality narratives, integrating clinical, economic, and technological perspectives into a clear and differentiated AI-driven value proposition.
- You present the vision for the future of diagnostic imaging at international customer events, industry congresses, and executive engagements across multiple channels and audience levels within the field of radiology.
- You coordinate and lead global marketing initiatives in close collaboration with international business lines, regional experts, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- You identify and engage key stakeholders, align diverse interests, and ensure the successful execution of strategic global marketing activities.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Economics, Medical Technology, Medical Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You have extensive professional experience in the healthcare sector and a solid understanding of current market and technology trends, particularly those related to AI.
- You have proven experience in developing high-quality marketing strategies and customer-related content within healthcare, medical technology, or diagnostic imaging.
- You possess extensive experience in stakeholder management and understand how to integrate diverse interests into a larger narrative.
- You demonstrate a strong interest in digital technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence and its applications in healthcare.
- You stand out through excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with an independent and structured way of working.
Your attributes and skills:
- You have excellent English-language skills and ideally a good command of German, complemented by strong presentation, PowerPoint, and visualization skills.
- You use Generative AI tools confidently and effectively in your daily work.
- You have experience collaborating and exchanging expertise with clinicians and other relevant healthcare customer groups.
- You inspire others with your ideas and enjoy working with healthcare experts and colleagues from different functions, organizations, and cultures.
- You think strategically, act creatively, and adapt flexibly to new challenges.
- You embrace a culture of collaborative co-creation and pursue your goals with a focus on achieving sustainable and measurable results.
