Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You contribute to establishing Change & Adoption Management as an integrated and natural part of major projects.
- You lead, co-lead, and/or contribute to Change and Adoption workstreams in global projects, initiatives, and programs.
- You actively foster Change and Adoption Management to build expertise and capabilities (e.g. moderating workshops, acting as a sparring partner in change-related projects, and conducting learning interventions).
- You further develop our Change and Adoption Management approaches and methods, and strengthen our global Change and Adoption culture.
- You build, nurture, and expand stakeholder networks within global and national sales organizations; taking ownership for a geographical zone as Change & Adoption Partner.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a university degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- You possess several years of professional experience in Change Management, especially with a focus on implementation / sustainment of Change initiatives.
- You have strong project management skills .
- You can look back on experience in sales, sales support functions, and/or ideally in consulting.
Your attributes and skills:
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage complexity and navigate ambiguity in environments with multiple stakeholders.
- You are business-fluent in English; German and/or additional major languages are an advantage.
- You are a strong team player with an inclusive mindset and intercultural sensitivity.
Depending on the experience and qualifications background of the applicant, task enrichment into the area above the general pay scale is possible.
