Then come and join our global team as Education Business Development Manager (f/m/d) to play a key role in designing and implementing educational solutions that help close capacity gaps in the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on radiographers, radiologists, laboratory professionals, and biomedical engineers.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You collaborate with our global Government Affairs team, analyze and address capacity gaps in Siemens Healthineers’ target countries, and support country leadership and their partner networks in capacity-building tenders.
- You lead the capacity-building tender process and facilitate the exchange of relevant materials between Siemens Healthineers, ministries of health, and NGOs. You oversee bid management to ensure that tender terms are aligned with Siemens Healthineers’ business objectives and track the progress of the tender.
- You support the development of capacity-building solutions by combining Siemens Healthineers’ portfolio with local partners, with a focus on specific clinical areas and workflows.
- You coordinate all phases of capacity-building projects, from planning and monitoring to implementation and evaluation.
- You ensure the quality of capacity-building content and maintain relationships with business partners.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a university degree in medicine, business administration, or engineering, ideally with a specialization in health economics or medical technology.
- You have long years of professional experience in the development of organizational education and training, preferably in the context of healthcare providers.
- You have experience in tendering and bid management in the healthcare sector.
- You possess strong project management skills in working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- You are familiar with clinical workflows and hospital processes.
Your attributes and skills:
- You are fluent in English for business negotiations; very good language skills relevant to your region are an advantage.
- You stand out through strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- You can confidently communicate complex content in English, and ideally also in another language spoken in the region, both in writing and verbally.

- You are willing to travel within the region as required (approx. 15%).
