Then come and join our global team as Market Development Manager (f/m/d) Stroke Networks. In this role, you will shape the global introduction and expansion of innovative solutions that improve coordinated stroke care.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Business Success:
You are accountable for order and revenue growth within the new “Stroke Network Solutions” market segment, which brings together products and capabilities from various Siemens Healthineers entities and external partners. - Pilot Customers
You identify and cultivate interest among key opinion leaders in prioritized countries to establish pilot sites for approval, evidence generation, and reference building of a novel stroke network solution portfolio. You drive these collaborations in close partnership with Product & Collaboration Management and local teams and build a strong pipeline of fully commercial customers. - Go-to-Market
You collaborate with customer-facing headquarters teams and enable regional and local teams to build capacity in pre-sales, implementation, and customer success. You balance customer expectations, sales ambition, and global & local execution capabilities during the market introduction phase. - Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
You drive customer‑facing activities such as site visits and congress participation. You gather insights from customer stakeholders across disciplines, including C-Levels, neurology, interventional neuroradiology, radiology, and emergency care. Together with Medical & Governmental Affairs, you advance reference site development, KOL and society engagement, and reimbursement‑related activities. - Market & Competitive Intelligence
You monitor clinical trends, guidelines, technology innovations, and regional specifics. You analyze market data and competitive offerings to shape business cases, refine competitive positioning, and co-develop go-to-market strategies & pricing models with Product Management. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
You work closely with internal teams from different businesses and functions. You partner with regional teams to scale pilot projects for tailored local execution while ensuring that customer needs remain aligned with sales ambition and operational capabilities.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold an advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Strategy, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- You have 8+ years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, or similar functions within Imaging or Digital Health. Experience in medical imaging, telemedicine, or AI‑driven diagnostics is highly valued.
- You bring experience or a solid background in Health IT.
- You offer clinical expertise or exposure in stroke care, neurology, neuroradiology, or emergency medicine; this is considered a strong advantage.
- You have demonstrated commercial success in launching new markets, shaping market access initiatives, or driving access‑to‑care projects.
- You ideally maintain professional relationships with clinical stroke key opinion leaders.
- You bring experience from working in organizations of different sizes, including start-ups, which is considered a plus.
Your attributes and skills:
- You have a strong understanding of acute stroke pathways—from symptom onset to treatment.
- You are confident working with clinical network technologies such as telemedicine and imaging AI.
- You collaborate effectively across functions and bring strong drive and project management skills.
- You adopt a customer‑centric approach supported by analytical strength and sound business judgment.
- You communicate with clarity, present convincingly, and tell compelling, audience‑focused stories.
- You apply a consultative selling approach and are experienced in building partnerships.
- You communicate confidently in English; proficiency in German is considered an advantage.
