Then come and join our global team as Global Benefits Process & System Expert (f/m/d), to translate the functional benefits requirements into automated and digital processes as well as relevant system integrations.
You will play a significant role in streamlining and automating benefits plan management and delivery and will lead the transformation of benefits administration through both Workday implementation, standardization as well as harmonization of vendor partnerships, driving digitalization of processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory, data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will serve as Global Process Owner (GPO) for Benefits in the HR Management System (HRMS) implementation including translation of business requirements into system design to ensure consistency, compliance and scalability across regions
- You will own and optimize the end-to-end benefits processes including enrolment, eligibility, vendor integrations, life event management, and retiree programs focused on current scope and the future roll- in of more countries in our global HRMS incl. continuous development and leverage of the Global Template for Benefits, wherever possible
- You will be responsible for ensuring for benefits communication to be embedded in employee lifecycle within ServiceNow
- Jointly with local teams, you will identify opportunities for streamlining both processes and systems with a focus on cost savings and better employee experience
- You will contribute to digitalization projects focused on streamlining global and local processes and program delivery incl. AI- based solutions and local digital (flexible) benefits platforms
- You will provide, prepare and present HRMS update sessions including updates to Total Rewards leadership
- You will create transparency on local benefits providers and systems and support local application owners to comply with global data privacy laws and internal cybersecurity requirements
- You will oversee process compliance both with local regulations and global governance standards
- You will work closely with HR IT, Project teams, Total Rewards Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a university degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- You have many years of experience in benefits administration and process design
- You have proven project management and process optimization expertise
- You have a strong understanding of global benefits regulations, cybersecurity and vendor ecosystems
- You have experience with global HRIS and payroll platforms and in working with flexible benefits platforms and providers
- Workday and Service Now experience is preferred

- You have fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus
- You have excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- You possess the ability to work in a complex, multicultural environment.
