Siemens Healthineers has an opportunity for a Student Worker to join our Customer Care Center (CCC) team, within our Customer Services organisation.
We are a small team with a very important role in the organization. The CCC is the customer's first point of contact with Siemens Healthineers and supports our teams of field service engineers.
Tasks include registering inquiries, coordinating service assignments with customers and ordering equipment spare parts.
We are seeking a motivated and analytical student who is in the early or middle stage of their studies and interested in a long-term position alongside their education. Role is approximately 10–14 hours per week to commence November 2026.

As your knowledge and experience grows, you will gradually take on Service Coordinator responsibilities to support the team during periods of increased workload, absences, and vacations.
In addition, you will contribute to initiatives focused on reporting, process improvements, and creating greater transparency through data and digital tools. This combination will provide valuable insight into both operational service delivery and business optimization activities.
As a Student Worker, you will:
- Become a valued member of our Customer Care Center team and work closely with experienced Service Coordinators.
- Build the knowledge and skills required to independently support key Service Coordinator activities as needed.
- Assist with customer inquiries, service coordination, spare parts administration, and planning activities under guidance from the team.
- Review and analyze existing Excel-based tools, reports, and processes.
- Support the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of workflows within Customer Services.
- Assist in collecting, consolidating, and validating data from various sources.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Support data quality, governance, and documentation activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions to improve data visibility and decision-making.
Who You Are:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Data Analytics or a related field.
- Are in the early or mid-stage of your studies and interested in a long-term student position.
- Have strong analytical skills and an interest in working with data.
- Are comfortable working with Excel and other digital tools.
- Have experience with, or a desire, to learn Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Have an interest in automation, programming, process improvement, or business intelligence.
- Are proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrate accountability for your work and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
What You'll Gain
At Siemens Healthineers, you will enjoy a high degree of freedom and responsibility while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Through this role, you will gain:
- Hands-on experience with data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Exposure to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Insight into the healthcare technology industry.
- Experience working within a global organization.
- Opportunities to develop technical, analytical, and professional skills.
