Apply now for the role of Key Account Manager and manage strategic healthcare accounts across Victoria and South Australia, representing a market-leading portfolio of laboratory diagnostics capital equipment.
Reporting to the National Head of Sales, you will partner with major pathology providers in the private and public sector, developing long-term relationships and driving commercial growth across your territory.
About the role:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Build strong relationships with executive and key clinical stakeholders.
- Manage and grow major healthcare accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead customer presentations, business reviews and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
About You
- Proven success in medical devices preferably within laboratory diagnostics and pathology sales
- Experience managing large strategic healthcare accounts.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Confident engaging with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel throughout Victoria and South Australia.
