Siemens Healthcare Oy Latvian Branch is currently looking for a Customer and Sales Support Specialist, based in Riga. As part of the Nordic Sales team, you will provide local support for the medical technology sales business.
This is a temporary contract to commence beginning of October 2026 until April 2028.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative and operational assistance, including document preparation, order processing, and customer communication.
- Public Tenders Support: Assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of public tenders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Customer Interaction: Support sales activities by providing necessary documentation, managing translations of local-language documents, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all documentation related to tenders and sales processes complies with industry regulations and company policies.
- Purchase Order (PO) Creation: Generate and process purchase orders to ensure the timely procurement of goods and services.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to manage details effectively, prioritize tasks, and organize work efficiently.
- Experience in sales support, customer support, logistics support, or a comparable coordination or administrative role. Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
- Experience with public tenders and sales compliance is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Latvian and proficiency in written and spoken English are required.
- Advanced computer skills, with experience in SAP preferred.
